Overview
ClaimReady Packets stores user-created proof packet data locally on device. It does not require an account, does not use ads, does not use analytics, and does not track users.
No Account Required
ClaimReady Packets does not require you to create an account. There is no login, no email address, and no user profile stored on any server.
No Ads
The app does not display advertisements. Your data is never sold to advertisers or third parties.
Data Storage
All data you enter, including receipts, photos, warranty dates, serial numbers, notes, and PDFs, is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
Your data does not leave your device unless Apple's system-level iCloud sync is enabled on your device through your own Apple ID and iCloud settings.
ClaimReady Packets does not operate its own servers or cloud storage.
Camera Access
The app requests camera access only when you choose to take a photo of a receipt or product. Camera access is never used in the background.
Photo Library Access
The app requests photo library access only when you choose to select an image from your library. This access is not used automatically.
Files Access
The app requests access to your files only when you choose to import a receipt PDF from your device. This access is not used automatically.
Notifications
The app can send local reminder notifications for return deadlines and warranty dates only when you turn reminders on and grant notification permission.
Face ID / Biometric Access
The app offers optional Face ID lock to protect access. Face ID authentication is handled entirely by Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. ClaimReady Packets never sees or stores biometric data.
No Analytics and No Tracking
ClaimReady Packets does not use analytics SDKs, ad networks, crash reporting services, or third-party tracking libraries.
No Legal or Financial Advice
ClaimReady Packets helps organize purchase records. It does not provide legal, tax, insurance, or warranty advice.
